I accidently deleted a data file from Free Play music. I edited it on Audacity and now I can't open the file because the data has been deleted from my Cruzer micro 1.0 GB USB. I need it for a portfolio in about 5 days. Can anyone help?!

even as U delete a document, the document will likely contained in the Recycle bin.Deleting a document from Recycle bin would not advise that the document has been deleted from the confusing Disc.It ability, in reality the pointer which factors to the deal with of that distinct document is deleted and the document nonetheless continues to be contained in the confusing Disc. First, see if the file is in your recycle bin if you have not emptied it. Then you can try a search for the file, just in case it was stored in more than one place, such as the my documents file, under another users account, etc.
Finally get a knoppix CD, for free and try to recover it from there.

The BEST recovery software I know of is OnTrack EasyRecovery Professional...It will get back files even off of Formatted drives!

Yea it cost money, but it's worth it.
There's others too, like O&O UnErase but it's not as good.
