yes,you can!i dont have a credit card and i have a virgin mobile phone!its the most reasonably priced company with minutes!you can buy prepaid phone top up cards just about anywhere!they have others that dont require a credit card too,such a trac phone etc.

yes you can. Wal-Mart and other stores sell them as well. There is Verizon T-Mobile and Tracefone out there as well. You can also look them up online too.
