I've printed color pictures before, but for the past four months, even on a new cartridge, it WON'T PRINT COLORS! I'm fairly savvy with all this comupter stuff, but this has me stumped. Any help?

I had a lexmark and had nothing but problems so I got a new Cannon and the ink cartridges are less. It is much better.

It appears that you accidently unabled the print in color option in printer properties. If the box or little circle is not checked, check it and that might help. The other could be a faulty ink cartridge. I had a similar problem with my printer.
