Any Accounting or Business Management simulation games?

I think it's fun .. I want to find a game where you own a business and do payroll and accounting .. Or just one of the two .. NO LEMONADE TYCOON!!

Wall Street Raider is a good game, although it involves more of treasury management and finance than day to day operations.

Another good game is Capitalism II. It doesn't get into the nitty gritty of daily operations, but you can make production decisions, employment level and training decisions, pricing, and marketing.
