I doubt it. Time itself continues regardless of our means of interpreting it. Just because according to your watch it 3:14pm does not mean that everywhere in the universe its 3:14pm. Stepping outside your time zone, its 4:14pm. Honestly, in the great scheme of things, I doubt specific time actually matters.
