I am currently trying to load some addional CDs onto Itunes (mixture of old cds and new cds). However, the CD loads up in itunes as "audio CD", so subsequently track titles and artist details are not displayed. My internet connection is working fine. Has this happened to anyone before? If so, any suggestions how to remedy this please?

It could be down to copyright software on the disc. Try ripping using Windows Media Player and then importing into iTunes. Remember to set Media Player settings to MP3 at best quality first or you will get it in WMA file standard.
I always use WMP and then import to iTunes from the file menu - "Add Folder"

Dozens of times. you can't do anything there. After it imports to the library, right click the song, and press get info. After that fill in the song name manually.

Sorry pal.
