I am looking for a public company that has lots of small studios accross the US and provides classes such as dance, yoga, art etc. Basically something like weight watchers but provides classes not weight advice. It woul dbe great if the company provides classes for kids only but it woul dwork if it was for adults too.

I don't think you will find it. All the ones I have seen have been mom & pop type local places. Some of the national chain weight/gym type places do have yoga classes and back in the 1950's Arthur Murray's Dance studio was a big chain (at least around New York City). No longer.
