They say, they save a lot of energy in the morning doing this thing, however, i don't see anything here, 'cause it means they spend more in the evening. The only thing there are more companies and industries which work in the morning, so may be it makes sense. There are some countries which do not do that anymore

when the clocks go back or forward an hour, so that it is light at the right time of the day... not too dark in the morning etc.
