"High-born" suggests being born to the upper class; the person's mother and father may be simply wealthy, or they may be nobles (with or without money; it depends on the society).

"Night-tide" is a poetic form of "nighttime."

"High" in this sense means of a good (or high) social status (aka, born wealthy). Kings are often referred to as "high born" meaning they came from a noble family.

Night-tide literally refers to the flow of the tide at night. Figuratively, it can mean one of two things: (1) working at night when others should be asleep - it has also been called "burning the midnight oil." Less commonly used is (2) "sneaking away when no one would see" - as in pirate ships that would sneak out under the cover of darkness, using the night-tide.
