They Had Already Pretty Much Made The People In The Game B4 Jeff Hardy Made His Return Other Wise He Would Of Been In The Game But We Just Have To Wait Till The Next Game Comes Out

because jeff hardy didn't really do anything to be on there but he might be in 2008!~!~ he also wasn't on the show when they made the game!~!~

they finished making the game before he returned and they had to test it to make show there were no problems and glitches so they didnt have time to go back and reedit the roster and add jeff hardy.
i wish he was on it but hell be on the next one for sure

actually jeff could have been on the game but he missed the cut off date by 7 days. wwe signed him before the cut off date but no one knew how someone who had just rejoined could get on the game ahead of brian k and paul l

Because he was in TNA right before he came back to WWE and they were making a TNA game and they dont want the same wrestlers in different wrestling games.
