I miss the restore points in windows ME and XP and since Windows 2000 pro doesn't have them for some reason I want to try to back up to a high yield cd. can that be done and how do I do it?

Well you will need some good backup software like acronis. Then just backup to the CD, you may find you want to go to DVD cause CDs only hold a few hundred meg.

I know there are other good backup systems so dont feel compelled to use this one.
