I would pick the job you like. The more experience and longer you stay the raises might be better. If your bored and don't like the job you might tend not to do that well, and you might get fired or quit.

I know exactly what you mean. I worked in the same job for 6 years and loved it although the pay was OK but I did allot of hours and had a big workload.

Now i work Mon- Fri 9-5 get preety well paid for what I am doing but its not the most exciting job.

I really miss my old duties but I am happier to have good hours and better money.
I decided that I have more time for my family, friends and hobbies which makes me happier.
Also earning more will help my future in getting a mortgage and going on some good holidays etc
What helped me was deciding what I valued and what I wanted out of life. and then deciding on a career path

Good luck hope you make the right choice!

After my experiences in life i'd always choose a job where you get job satisfaction. They say money doesn't buy you happiness and they're damm right. If you can wake up in a morning and look forward to going to work then life is a whole lot better.

it doesn't sound you're in love with either job so i'd say go for the one that pays more.
