you could choose from any past or current president, regardless of if they are dead or not, or had their 2 terms? In other words, which of the 43 presidents that we had would you want to have one more term in 2008?

James Madison, Woodrow Wilson or Teddy Roosevelt, they were all very gifted men. I think I would take Teddy though, that man was tireless and loved his job, not to mention his excellent foriegn policy.

I'm sure I will get a lot of angry responses.. but I have to say John Kennedy. i think he was just coming into his stride.
And I like what happened during the Cuban Missile crisis.
Wrong or right he stood up to everyone.
I wish he had had a better chance.

Jimmy Carter is the only pres I've voted for and not been sorry later. He was really way too good a man for this society and still is head and shoulders over any of them. Bye the way, I'm most often a Republican.
