My mother-in-law has had 2 face lifts now. One when she was 49 and again 9 years later. She looks very pretty. Better than before but I know people can get addicted to it.

Sure it's okay...if it makes her feel better about herself and she can afford it then "GO FOR IT"!

I've always considered plastic surgery as an individual decision. However, if I told you that there was an alternative, a natural, MUCH LESS expensive way to help you, would you consider it?

Arbonne's revolutionary result oriented anti-aging system is specifically formulated to reduce the affects of sun damage, decrease fine lines and wrinkles, while it works to combat the visual signs of aging. The system consists of botanically based products that contain natural collagens (hyaluronic acid), giving your skin a natural lift. They're all pure, safe, beneficial, hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested, formulated without ingredients known to cause irritation, dryness, and other skin related issues (pimples, blemishes). They're unlike any others on the US market with all 9 KEY anti-aging elements (KOJIC ACID, NANOSPHERES, COPPER, VITAMIN C, ALPHA & BETA HYDROXY ACIDS, PEPTIDES, BIO-HYDRIA, ELHIBIN & STIMUTEX, and ALPHA LIPOIC ACID), giving you maximum benefit.

Their products are also formulated with nanosphere technology which makes them beneficial for all skin types and adjusts to your skins specific needs by applying more moisture in dry areas and less is oily areas. Research shows that 6 months continued use of this system will give a 68% decrease in DEEP density lines and wrinkles; however I started to notice results within a week or two.

Oxygen magazine wrote an article on Arbonne's anti aging line and said that it was "the new alternative to cosmetic surgery"! If you want a fountain of youth, Arbonne's it! This system came out in 2002 and has fueled Arbonne's growth with over 111% every year and 164% growth in 2005 over 2004.

Take a look at some of the before and after results! Arponne has anti aging products for your entire body including a hydrating body wash, body serum, hydrating body lotion, and essential fatty acid dietary supplement, a concentrated blend of flaxseed oil, CoQ10 and beneficial elements to support younger-looking skin and good health ... from the inside, out ... and formulated in a vegetarian capsule. It's made of Flaxseed oil, vitamins A, C, E, Coenzyme Q10, alpha lipoic acid.

If you're open to trying a free sample of the skin care, I'll be happy to send you one.

The longer you wait to get a face lift the better as they don't last forever and you can really only have a limited amount of surgery. 50 is way too early to start with that kind of surgery. 60 would be the earliest possible.

Do whatever you want to feel good about yourself.

There are risks with any surgery, and you should give them serious consideration. If you decide to have surgery, make sure you chose a qualified physician.

No one needs to tell you what to do... you are the one who has to decide what is right for you. Don't let other people's opinions sway your decision. What is right for one, may not be right for another.

Happiness is all that matters. Whatever makes you happy is what you should do. But....you cannot prevent the inevitable; we all age, an no plastic surgery can keep you looking 50 forever. :-)

I'm sure you can. I am 70 and just had one done...I now look about 48...it is terrific. I'm glad I didn't have one earlier, because they are not inexpensive, and the possibility of having another one if you're 50 with the first one, is pretty probable. I have no wrinkles in my neck, my jaw is like when Iwas a teenager, and they did my eye too, which now look bright and shining, instead of looking tired all of the time..I love it!

Face Lift surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

I don't like the idea of plastic surgery for any reason other than reconstruction.

Makes me sick knowing there are senior citizens out there who blow there money on this crap, while another part of the population is eating dog food.
