There are no good emulators for the XBOX, by the way.
You will not find very many CD-ROM or DVD based games available, because of their size. They known as ".iso" files, not "roms", and are usually downloaded through BitTorrent clients. For cartridge-based games, which ARE known as roms, try http://www.coolrom.com/

Well first off, roms are illegal so I won't be able to tell you how to get those. Psone, Pre-Saturn Sega systems, pre-Gamecube Nintendo systems have emulators that work. One of the best emulators, which is for snes, is ZNES.
