Note the "Ford Part Number" refferenced in the ad,
"Replaces OEM # C5TZ9431A"
The C= 1960's
The 5= 1965
The 9431="Exhaust Manifold" a Part Type Identifier---all 9431 are Exh manifolds
The TZ = Style/Type
The A =revision number

It's a 1965 Part Number,definitely.
1966 was 1st FE/BigBlock in the Trucks.
Ford Uses parts from a variety of years,so NOT unusual they'd use Existing Manifolds.
A '65 Part Number "makes sense" on a '66 Vehicle

Ford made a BUNCH of BigBlock exhaust manifolds, from really crappy to "exotic race car stuff".
Lots of them will interchange,,or are easily adaptable.

Your Truck's style is a common pattern for many of the FE engine exhaust manifolds.
Tricky part is,,,they had "small" ,"Medium",and "large" outlet ones on same basic manifold.
2",,,,2 1/4",,,,,2.5"
Which requires different down pipe size & gasket.

You also will have a Casting Number ON the manifold.
You can shop for that,,,or contact a Ford Dealer and ask if it's been superceded/cross-refference to another part number.
Not unsual for Ford to supercede part numbers.

This one is Very Close to yours, '68~76

That exhaust manifold may be much the same as for the 390, which was made longer and would be easier to find. Some car versions may the same, but those changed more often.

Here is a resource for old Ford truck parts. Click on the Buy Parts button, and a list of sellers will come up.

I found several manufacturers make new exhaust manifolds for the right side. Here is a photo of the right manifold: http://info.rockauto.com/RB/Detail2.html?http://www.dormanproducts.com/images/items/hwrap1/5013755.jpg

I also could not find any for the left side. Strange that only right is available because on my old Fords the left side was the first to leak.

That appears like a stripped cord someplace (probably in the A-pillar beside the driving force using fact the controls for the two bypass by using that section). there have been some themes with some Ford's with protection platforms automobile-locking, yet they didnt launch--there is no restoration for that particular problem. shop a checklist of whilst it occurs for some days (be optimistic to incorporate temp, raining, and something that would make a contribution), then see in case you are able to take it for Ford to verify it out for unfastened. Dont enable them to do the artwork except its low-fee, yet theyll in lots of cases poke around for unfastened if youre advantageous.

Don't forget you have 360 & 390 engines to choose from. Ford used the 360's in P/U's 'til 1976

My first truck was a 1966 F 100 , red & white LWB, 352 cu.in with 208 HP . Sold it to my brother years ago. I'll check & see if he knows where it is.

manufacturer's are only required to stock parts for vehicles for 10 years. Have you check all the local junk yards.
