Why does our US govt promote misery on so many citizens national and foreign?

I have absolute non love of it, I mean like if I could award it non pleasure and non existance, I would do so for the sake of people, myself included.

he s got a point in a way, as a foreigner coming through your immigration theres queues then a mug shot and fingerprinting. makes you feel like a criminal before you even get in to America
