my daughter got gum on her nylon running pants and I would like an quick and effective way to remove it. Thanks.

Yes, and if that doesn't work add some veggie oil to loosen up the remainder. Make sure you chip off as much as possible while it is frozen. But oil does dissolve gum, so does a spot of peanut butter...blot the gum out, making sure it is rinsed and gone. At that point you immediately get some dawn or other grease fighting detergent, shout, spray and wash, etc...and get the oil stain out. It isn't hard, just a few steps.

Peanut butter gets gum out of hair too. I was a gum junky as a kid and my mom learned that pretty early on in my life.

I do not know why this works but it does. Most anything oily
like WD 40 or Peanut butter or Oil (like canola) rubbed into the spot will make the stickiness let go. Of course you will have to degrease it . But nylon will clean easily.

Throw them in the freezer for 10 mins and then pull it off. hope this helps, repeat if needed.

use ice. Peanut better works on some things.
