Not everyone practices what they preach. I think that it is really easy to say that you should never cheat, steal, cuss, spank, etc, but it's harder to actually do it.
I am sure that 99.9% of people have skeletons in their closet and whether it is cheating, lying, whatever, they would take it to their grave if it meant keeping someone they loved happy. Ignorance is bliss. :-)

Finally someone who appropriately words a phrase to make it not bigoted! I send Kudos for not stereotyping all women but understanding only a fraction do this. (a large fraction though) lol. However, since your question was posed to women I will just sit back and watch the results! You get a star buddy!
