As like as many others facts sexual performance also gets genetic cause. Who usually have one single sexual act hardly will have multiple sessions as you asked. Sincerely there's no medicine or method able to give such performance. Besides anybody has his own time of recovery (wayward time) that can last short (few minutes) or very long (many hours). By the way, Viagra hasn't this effect!

Erm ok I just wana ask a few questions, im 18 going on 19 and am basicly a male nymphomaniac, but the question i wana ask is! I learned how to multi orgasm a long time ago and have even been able to have orgasms without cumming, I last a very long time with my gf (sometimes to the point were shes had so many shes far to sensitive to carry on) I can last hours befor cumming but when I do ***... I have had many sex partners, and I have found that a lot of females, don't understand they have a role other than being the recipient. You want to stay hard then get the female to play with you and put your imagination to work.

Depending on your age and stimuli, your recover time should not be too long, so you can go again. It is not possible to stay hard without some chemical assistance.
