One of the main themes of the movie is Cale's relationship with her dad. If you found yourself wincing when Elisabeth Shue's character reprimands Kurt Russell for not spending time with Cale, you'll probably want to set aside some one-on-one time with your child -- even if you did already take them to the movies, an interactive project or special day out is always a welcome surprise, especially if, like the dad in the movie, you're known for workaholic ways.
