i told them up church today and one man said he was a vile man next door, he,s put dog **** over my windows all sorts to me, the thing is i am beggining to wonder why are they doing it to me is it something aobut me, i have had a few rows cos she always moaning, why do people blame themselfves when people are horrible

If he has done horrible things to you as suggested , then you should have been complaining about them.
If you have only had rows that is rarely enough to get you evicted.
If you are getting evicted, and have done nothing wrong, then you should fight the eviction.
I suspect there is more to this than you have admitted.
If she has made valid complaints against you, then you should have taken notice to what the complaints have been about.
Noise can be a big problem between neighbours, and is often complained about. What sounds like good music in one house, can sound like an horrible noise next door, or below in a flat.
You should have complained about the dog stuff being put over your windows, there is no excuse for behaviour like that.
