Pauly D is right.

"I have explosive and uncontrollable diarrhea again" seems like it would work.

"I have virtigo (uncontrolled dizziness) and I keep losing my balance and falling, I don't want to risk a work comp case" is another good one

That being said, lying is imorral and when you were hired, they hired you and rely on you for your work. Calling in to miss work when there is no valid excuse shows laziness and is dishonest. Isn't that one of the commandments? I don't know, it sounds familiar.
