I LOVE american eagle jeans!!! They come in all different fits and they have Short, Regular, and Long lengths. Aeropostale also has some good jeans but their sizes are inconsistent and different styles will all be a little different so you will need to try on a few pairs.
Other stores:
*Old Navy
*Buckle
*Abercrombie and Fitch
*Nordstroms

Hi I have the same problem I'm about 5'9 with 35 inseams.. I ususally buy Indie jeans, made by Joes Jeans but they're less expensive, Also Hudson Jeans are very long. I don't know if you have a TJ Maxx or Marshalls in your area, but thats where I can pick up designer jeans for around 30 or less. Usually Gap fit very good, and they are always haveing sales on their jeans, I also shop for thier jeans on EBay if the prices in stores are around $60 which is too much for me to spend on a quality pair of denim. The Indie and Hudson jeans are in 27, 28 , 29 sizeing, but Good Luck shopping and Also try ebay! Its amazing for finding the right size!

I get my everyday, wear-them-until-they-die jeans at Wal*Mart for just under $20/pair. They're Levis and come in short, average and long. The long jeans I get at AE aren't as long as the long sizes at WallyWorld. I do know that not all Wal*Marts carry them though, because I was in some smaller town in Connecticut on vacation and went to pick up a pair (chillier weather than expected) and they didn't have any. I've picked some up at WallyWorlds here in VT, visiting my parents in NJ, and a friend in Virginia Beach. Outside of that, I'm not sure. I know they have sizes 8-18 in long... maybe more, but I have never looked beyond those sizes when shopping for myself or with a friend. They have some stretch to them and also come in boot cut or flare. There's usually a choice of a beautiful really dark blue, medium-dark blue or a pretty light blue jean. They hold up for a long time; I've had 2 really comfortable, broken-in pairs for 3 years now with no tears or seams going or any of that other Kmart-priced nonsense. I get lots of compliments on them fitting well and all I ever say is, "Thanks! They're Levi's!" ...no need to let anyone know you didn't spend $60/pair on them.

These are a bit over your price range, but here's what I did. I went to Express. They have lots of styles that fit differently and in different lengths. I found the ones I liked and bought one pair. After a few weeks, I discovered I could buy the same jeans on ebay that were used for like $9.99. Now I have about 5 pair!

American Eagle! They have a variety of jeans in long sizes and different styles- skinny, flare, dark wash or light wash. They normally cost about $30 and fit well too. Hope this helps!

Gap makes jeans in long lengths; they're not that pricey, and if you have a Gap outlet near you, you can find them even cheaper.
