You mean next year in the month of january????you seem to be a far-sighted person!!!!!Anyway,I live in Kolkata which is in the eastern part of India;here,at that time temp. will be around 12-18 degree celsius,no rain(usually).If you are going to southern India like Chennai or Bangalore then it is a bit warmer than here with very little humidity(around 20-23 degrees) and if you are going to northern India like New Delhi then it will be much more colder(around 6-12 degrees).So,start packing your bags accordingly!

im from southern india..Kerala state. ideal time of the yr..i.e. the coolest..beaches r gr8 around that time too...however, midday its best to avoid the sun, like the locals do..if ur going further north then it gets cooler to very cold in the northern states. from sept to jan its very popular in kerala..should visit it..one of the greenest states in india..(but im biased though :-) . hope u have nice time..if u have never been b4 be prepared for the worst..then u'll enjoy..;-)..most europeans either love or hate india...

It is chilled winters in northern part while temperate kind of in south. Around mumbai its hot all round the year.

i went there in january twice and it was around 30 degrees every day. it never starts raining until april time. i recommend goa

average temperature will 30-35 degree......no problem...u can visit and enjoy....
