I can find english to farsi but I cant read that stuff. So please help me find one that I can read farsi in english. Please help.

im not sure what you are looking for. are you saying you cant read farsi? if so, then what type of translator are you looking for? but if you can read farsi (or persian) then here are a couple of websites!

try to do a yahoo search or google! never heard of the language farsi!!
