What do you do when your Ipod freezes up and says "Do not disconnect" ?

Go to apple.com, and look under 'support'. If their advice doesn't help there are user forums which are really useful.

If it's still plugged in then just unplug it and if it's not then push the miidle button and the menu button for 10 seconds and the apple sign should come up.
