From here you can drag it to your start menu.

search in C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder for calc.exe if you find it right click it and click send to and choose desktop to create shortcut. Then put it where you can find it easier.
If it isnt there then go to add/remove programs in your control panel, then click add/remove windows components in the left hand pane, then put a tick in "accessories and utilities" and click next (if there is already a tick in it take it out and put it back then click next) you might be asked for your windows disk so have it at hand.

goto start button,goto run,type in CALC and hit enter
its also under accessories in programs.
