He is a cheat and a fraud. He should be stripped of his title for brining the establishment into disrepute. He deserves the highest possible form of punishment to show the good people of this country that no matter what title you hold the law is the law and nobody is above it.

In an ideal world laws apply equally to everyone.

There is no reason why Lord Levy, the man whose only claim to fame before he became a lord was that he managed Alvin Stardust, should be immune from the law.

Though judging by his behaviour, he seems to think he is.

No one is above the law, well OK maybe Tony Blair, the Queen and Prince Charles are, but the rest of us are just mortals and are subject to the full force of the law (unless you've got Friends in high place's and you can swing it with a large bung) So i guess Lord Levy will not be found guilty of anything Question answered !!!

I don't even consider Lord Levy to be my equal let alone something better just because he has a title. If he gets away with anything it will be a political move, not to save him personally. That is not to say he has done anything wrong at this stage.

From our previous Q&A's I guess you are a bit of a Tory. You might do the deference bit, but I don't think most people do. Do you really think "Lord" Archer should have been immune too?

the law is set for the people, if he is a person then he is to abide by that law, regardless of political positions held or royalty, this should be true for all peoples but unfortunatley its not

no one is anyones "better" either by birth or by awards/titles given,,,,,, a person betters theirself threw their actions,,,,,, no one, no matter what title or group they are a member of , should be free from prosecution if they have broken the law
