now if you have XP or Vista just make sure your computer is updated regularly.

Hello. Have you heard of updates? Not to be mean, but, windows offers you an option for automatic updates. Open the Help and Support section and select updates. Once there you can navigate to automatic updates. I receive them every day.
Forgive my tone, it is not intentional. There are some states that do not follow daylight savings time. Do you live in such a state? If you do reset your computer clock via right clicks.
