Mitochondria are small roundish organelles with larger, folded inner membranes.

Mitochondria carry on cellular respiration to get energy from sugars.

Mitochondria are in the cytoplasm of the cell (more mitochondria in cells that use a lot of energy).

If the cell didn't have mitochondria, it would be much more difficult to get as much energy out of sugars to build the ATP for the cell.

mitochondria is the power house of the cell.it bascially supplies all of the energy for the cell to carry on its daily functions.

i can google this and find out, but lol, im too lazy. sorry.

i took biology, and i dont remember my teacher talking about that. weird, u must be in an advance biology class
