When is the new / next season of The Sopranos scheduled to begin airing? Is it still planned to be the final season?

hbo on as of april this year and it is the end of the sopranos aparently this year too.

I hope that ugly Italian fat man finally gets what's coming to him. I am Italian and I find that show to be quite offensive.

My dad who passed away six years March 24 was named Tony. I love my dad but this fat, ugly stereotyping Italian needs to be kicked in the groin.
