you should be a good human being... responsible citizen... who keeps away from corruption and crime... as such you would reduce one corrupt and criminal from the innumerable in the country...

Serve society in some way, if only for a while. Become a nurse, join the Military/ Emergency services, become a teacher, help out at a homeless shelter, work tirelessly for charity.
I reckon just doing something that helps people in society, especially the needy, for little or no reward, would be pretty damn useful.

First of all, we should try to be useful to our family, this followed by our locality that we live in, followed by our State and finally to the universal society of which we all are part. So, a step by step approach should be followed.
