In a nutshell, every real number that is > 4.9 and < 5.12. You cannot actual say how many numbers this would be because it depends on how many decimal places you wish to make the numbers in between. Also, the numbers in between would be rational and irrational. The former can be expressed as an exact fraction. It depends on how far you want to go 4.9 with any number after it, such as 4.91, 4.903, etc. would all be greater than 4.9 (Think 4.9 = $4.90 well then $4.92 would be more). You can keep adding numbers to the end.
