I purchased a bag on Ebay, Feb 26th. The item was fully paid for through paypal just minutes after the auction ended on the 26th. I paid $5.60 for Prioty Shipping through USPS. I requested delivery confirmation, but the seller ignored my request.

I get my bag on March 11th...the seller shipped on March 6th, FIVE DAYS(not even counting the weekend), after I paid for Priority 2-3 day shipping. The seller only actually paid $4.00 for shipping.

I cannot leave negative feedback, well deserved as it is, because she will retaliate & wrongfully ruin my 100% rating. My questions(please, ONLY answer if you use and are very familiar with Ebay....please!) : Am I able to file a dispute with Ebay to get a full or partial refund on shipping? I plan on writing to her first, but she will more than likely ignore this message as she did the last. Is it worth pursuing? And is there another way to handle this situation?

Thank you, Ebay Shoppers & Sellers, in advance!

There is nothing you can do about the shipping unless you
ask about it before you bid. Check the listing and see how long the person has before they may ship out. I had one like that and in the fine print, it had that it would be shipped out
within 30 days and I would receive it 2-3 days priority mail after
shipment.
Also, sometimes the packages aren't sent out the same day the label is printed.
Make sure you check the feedback on the seller before bidding. You need to contact the person before filing a dispute, but make sure you have read the listing thoroughly,
to make sure you did not misread something. I'm trading on Ebay every day. I wouldn't bother with it if I was you . Goodluck.

You agreed to the fee of the transport, so she will charge you that inspite of the fee it certainly fee her. -- it is likewise obtainable for her to "self-insure" the kit. using fact of this if it become lost she might replace it. with reference to the size of the cleansing soap no longer assembly your desires, that's no longer the sellers problem. She of course states the size of the cleansing soap: 3cm x a million.5cm x1.5cm i do no longer think of you have any recourse and you're being a unfair ebay take section in case you document a declare with every person.

For $1.60? Let it go! It's not worth your time of effort and certainly not if you've maintained a 100% rating. Think of it as packing fees which are not that uncommon; somebody else's time and materials to insure your item arrives safely.

Usually the charges included shipping AND handling. (boxes, tape, packaging, etc.)
Also, you probably don't want to risk a neg. feedback for $1.60

you are being silly... as long as you like the bag you really can not complain about shipping cost and you can only complain to eBay about the item and not how long it took to arrive.
... and your right about the seller leaving you well deserved negative feedback if you complain... sorry but thats the beauty of eBay
