My husband and I are going to mexico for our honeymoon. I am wondering how to set up papers to give my parents temporary guardianship. In the event that something happens to us permanent custody. As well as the right to make medical decisions on our behalf. We need to make sure it will stand up in court because my husbands parents will fight for our son. My husband and I both do not want them to have him. We don't have the money to hire a layer. Can we do this ourselves?

p.s. for the person who said that our priorities are messed up because we choose a trip over our childs wellfare, go to hell. We love our son more than life. We had the good fortune to win a all inclusive honeymoon. Its a dream come true.
