Because, most clearly enough, burritos aren't typical carrousel foods. Foods that are more suitable for Merry-go-Rounds are roasted Duck or Lamb Chops. Yes, you made a very big mistake.

haha very clever. but there is some type of resterant in California or something that actually rotates whle you eat. Crazy huh!. seriously though the food is way better than a burrito, and ilove burritos!
