I have a book called the Coconut Miracle by Bruce Fife. I have learned so much about this food over the past year. Coconut oil, once demonized by the "experts", actually protects the heart. Did you know that Pacific Islanders who live on traditional diets rich in coconut oil did not get heart disease.Nor did they show signs of diabetes or cancer until they changed their diets to match the Western World, removing a large portion of ococnut oil from their diets. Don't take my word for it. Do research as I have. Learn the truth about coconut and other tropical oils and how they actually enhanced good health. I use coconut oil, coconut milk and coconut meat in my diet.Coconut oil has many properties that include anti-fungal, antibiotic and anti viral . I get my coconut oil primarily from injesting it. My athletes foot and fungal toenails are clearing miraculously.I am trying to increase its use. I will post a helpful site regarding this although there are many others that support this.

fresh fruit and veggies lean meat and not to much of it stay away from fatty food's like french Fry's and cheeseburgers. but the best way to stay heart healthy is to walk, run work out and get plenty of sleep.
