Check here a very effective sciatica natural treatment http://cure-sciatica.info
Normally, I would not answer a question like this as my expertise is generally in medication but I had severe sciatica while I was pregnant with my 3rd child (after having had twins) and I had sciatica so bad that I was finding it difficult to walk. I tried massage therapy and physical therapy and could not take medication
I went to the chiropractor and the pain was instantly relieved. My hips and lower back were out of alignment because I had carried twins the year before. On occasion a Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) can also work but they usually only work on one joint at a time - the chiropractor will do your whole back which works faster. Anyone who does not believe in chiropractors will tell you they are quacks - don't listen.
I don't necessarily believe that chiropractors can cure things like diabetes but they can definitely relieve some types of back pain especially if a pinched nerve is involved which is usually the cause of sciatica.

Ohhhhhh I feel your pain :(( I have suffered from lower back problems on and off for about 10 years, and this year in particular I have experienced debilitating bouts of back pain which lasts for as long as 5 days, and leaves me unable to drive a car, do daily bits and pieces that we so often take for granted, and even walking without being in excruciating pain. I have tried literally everything to help with the pain, and I can now confidently say that I have felt the best that I have in a long time and I swear it is all because of ongoing physiotherapy that I have been having. A combination of exercise, deep tissue massage and dry needling has helped me manage my back pain enormously. While I know that some treatments work for some and not others, I do highly recommend that you see a specialised person who can help set you up with specific exercises that are designed best for your needs and pain management. If you can have regular massages with needling or acupuncture I'm sure that will help too. Another option might be to try cortisone injections if you haven't already, pilates and to also have your feet and how you walk assessed/scanned to see if you need to be wearing insoles or orthotics to help align and straighten you. A few simple measures, but like I said, all have worked really well for me ~*knocks on wood*!!! Wishing you the very best of health Nick . (hugs)

Hi Mike. I am a Paramedic student and I do so much lifting every day. My back often hurts and gets sore and tight, just recently my sciatic nerve. My bf convinced me to see his Chiropractor (which I never really believed in at all!) and he said that my back and sciatic nerve hurt not just cuz my back was out of alignment,. but my pelvis was too! he realigned everything, and I was sore the next day.But after that, I felt great!!! he said with regular visits my spine will be more aligned and the pain aleviated. He also suggested massage therapy to help with the supporting muscles in my back and neck. So that is my recommendation. Chiropractor and MT. It will really work!!

Sciatic pain can and usually is caused by a vertebra out of place. A few years ago I picket up a heavy object, and unknowingly, caused a disk to slip. I thought I had only pull a muscle ,but the pain wouldn't go away. My boss suggested I see a Chirapractor. I did and he said I had more than 1 disc out of place. He procedied to painlessly pop them back. after a few weeks I was like new again. I would suggest you try a chropractor. and another plus, they are cheaper than regular Phd's. And you don't have to take any more pain killers.

Lay on your stomach on the floor. Toes face down too. Place your hand plams down and under your shoulders.

Now, use your hands and push your upper body up off the floor like a push-up - but...leave your hips on the floor. Do not move your hips from the floor.

When you slowly push up...hold it for 5 counts and then lower yourself slowly. Do this 3-5 times and no more.

The pain should lessen over hours. If it has not decrease in intensity by the next day do it again.

You shouldn't have to repeat it a third day. You may have lingering feelings of pain - but they will be much more tolerable until its gone in 3 days or so.

I found a web site that offered a downloadable set of exercises that really helped me. They were easy stretching exercises. I also took an herbal Sciatica Relief supplement from Exclusive Health Products.

Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But you you can also improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses. You can check here to know how https://tr.im/8b6d1

Stretch your muscles out by lying down and pulling your knees to your chest as far as possible for about a minutes 10 times, 3 - 4 times a day. That should help you. You could also see a chiropractor, they are trained to help you with that. Good luck.
