It depends on what you want to do in radiology. Do you want to be a doctor? Radiologists are physicians who earn a four-year doctoral degree to become an M.D. (medical doctor) or D.O. (doctor of osteopathy). They then complete a four-year residency in diagnostic radiology or radiation oncology. More than 90 percent of radiologists go on to become certified by the American Board of Radiology, indicating that they have passed a standardized national examination in radiology.

Radiologic technologists or radiographers are x-ray techs...the ones that take the x-rays. You can do that in 2 years.

Internship - 1 year
Radiology residency - 4 years

you might be able to do it w/ a two year degree. kinda depends how far in the field you want to go...
