Canadians just like the British or English people pronunce Z with a zed!!!!!! They also pronounce laboratory with every syllables enunciated instead of lab'ratory in the American languge. I lived in Canada x 2 yrs. and had to untwist my tonque when I came here to US many, many moons ago.

Here is a short list of the difference:

Same word. Same meaning. Different pronunciation. Practice the following if you want to blend in:

Word----- Canadian------ American pronunciation
out-------------oust------owt
sorry-----------sor'ee---saw'ree
house----------hoce-----howce
garage---------garaj---garauge
the letter Z------zed-----------zee
the letter H------haitch-------aitch
commitee-------comb-mi-tee-----cam-mi'tee

I'm new at this computer. I 'm unable to enumerate in a tabulation form. Sorry. Hope you understand.
