What shirt and tie?

What color shirt and tie besides black and white would go with a suit similar to this?:

I treat pinstipes like solid, just pretend the white stripes aren't there at all. You could do various shades of blues in the shirt and tie, which is my favorite combo with a black suit. You can do stripes on your tie, too. There aren't any "rules," so take the jacket or pants to a store and look at what they have. Don't be afraid to ask someone for help, but if they insist you need a white shirt and black tie, go to another store! Go look around the mens dept at macy's - they have gorgeous shirts and ties. JCPenneys has good looking mens dress shirts and ties, too. Good luck and have fun!

THAT is a very nice suit, any colour of shirt would go, then match the tie, personally i think a tie thats self coloured, exactly the same as the shirt looks very smart,

Depends on who you are going with so you can match the dress she's wearing! But if it's just you ...I would wear a silvery gray tie!
