I think he should make the Hall. He was a good pitcher in his day. He used to play for the Indians. His #18 was retired by the team. So, I think he should make the Hall of Fame.

In a word, no. His ERA is too high, his hits to innings pitched is bad (3426.1 innings 3706 hits), his walk to strikeout ratio is atrocious (1118 walks 1161 strikeouts), and only two 20-win seasons in an era that more pitchers won 20 than now.

I don't follow baseball too closely, but based on the statistics you have posted, and the comments from Ruth and Dimaggio, I would say yes he deserves a spot.
