Summers are very nice (70s-80s)
Winters are chilly (one word: snow!)

Seattle is on that high-altitude area, and it's a harbor city, so expect cloudy weather and rain (typically in the fall-early spring). No it doesn't rain ALL the time like most people say. They're over-exaggerating. Then again, I don't mind the rain too much, so yeah...

On my experience the average temp is in the 50s and 60s.
