Actually, he's asking for 3 billion to put more troops in Afghanistan. Guess he's finally hearing what the rest of us have been saying ad nauseum - we should be fighting the Taliban where they operate from - Afghanistan. Though adding 3500 troops to the paltry 3500 already there is like putting a bandaid on a shotgun wound. I guess he's content to let NATO and the British fight the balance of the battle there while we continue policing a civil war.

The real waste is the Heroic Military protecting cowardly people that keep saying > NO War...No War....
Why? Because they are afraid that they may be asked to fight......Ha!!! They will sity home and armchair fight, with bashing.
You are all lucky to be in the USA..Other countries would jail or execute you for bashing the administration, the way you do.
Stand Up....SUPPORT YOUR COUNTRY.....it is the HOME OF THE FREE and BRAVE.
The biggest waste, I see is the Sissies sitting at home.......

oh, my gosh.
it is is big waste. USA has about 260 million citizen
it means Bush need to agree with China president and Russian President
but chinese people are very good at kungfu... And Russian are very good at drinking vodka and dancing
this is what Bush need to make treaty with both
