You need a corgi registered gas engineer not a builder, you wouldnt ask british Gas to build you a wall. under 2k would be about right, valliant and bosch make good boilers,youll be ok with a combi in a 2 bed flat, try the corgi web site for engineers in your area

Why not find (at least 2) local builders and ask them to provide a Free Quote ?

Then ask your friends etc. if they can recommend a builder.
