My Moms cat got hurt and someone put a bandage on his leg, he's well known around the neighbrohood. Well he bleed so the bandage is stuck to his leg and he smells like a bad infection, we need to take him to the Vet but we don't have a lot of extra money to put down up front, we can make payments but I can't find a clinic that will take payments, anyone know any in the St. Louis area?

I'd call around and talk to some animal hospitals in your area. Also the Missouri Humane Society offers low cost veterinary care. Here's their website.
