Bush is more liberal than I am...And I call myself a liberal Democrat! There is nothing conservative about Bush at all. Look at all his policies...is THAT conservative? No. By far!

How many people has Bush killed in the wars over in Afghanistan, Iraq and now wanting to attack Iran? You don't think that is extermination? How about Gitmo and Abu Graibe (sp)? You can't think that just because this is America that it can't ever happen here. Absolute power corrupts absolutly.

Leogirl. That was not a very nice response to a question, was it? The rest of the world...including right where Hitler ruled, thinks there is a very strong connection between Bush and Hitler..what does that say for your comment that I don't know anything about Hitler? I guess the rest of the world doesn't either!

Sending our men and women to war based on CREATED LIES to get what they wanted isn't evil? Overtaking a sovereign nation based on lies is not evil? Ratting out an undercover CIA agent for revenge against her husband isn't evil? Totally ignoring a city in crisis because the majority of them are black poor people while you are enjoying birthday cake and playing guitar isn't evil?
Then what is evil?

How do I know what the rest of the world thinks? Look at the protest pictures...MILLIONS of people protesting and painting Bush like Hitler or even making posters calling Bush Hitler. That is pretty obvious to me what the rest of the world thinks of Bush.

You should know that numbers or votes don't determine if something is right or wrong. The truth is the truth no matter have many believe one way and how many believe another. Bush is a man who is doing his best to complete our noble mission and hitler was an evil idiot. That's one indisputable difference among probably over a thousand, perhaps a million. You're question makes you look like an idiot, was that your intention, that makes you more like hitler than President Bush.

Anybody who says Bush is like Hitler is a moron because it completely downgrades how evil Hitler and the Nazis really were. They are essentially spitting in the face of every holocaust survivor when they make a comparison like that.
Besides, Nazism was a LEFT-WING ideology. It's a simple FACT that Democrats and European Socialists have waaaay more in common with the Nazis than American Conservative Republicans.

There is no comparison. That would be like saying apples and oranges are the same, because they grow on trees. Bush is human and he made/makes mistakes. Hitler was not human.... No conscience. Evil people "recycle" themselves into being evil again in their next life. Bush is not liked, but he is far from evil.

What would you expect people overseas to think of him, when people who are supposed to be 'patriotic Americans' keep making those comments in here?
People all over the world read this stuff. Between this site and the media reports...how can anyone wonder 'why' others see him as a Hitler. He isn't, and if people go back and read 'everything' about Hitler, they'd realize that themselves. As far as I'm concerned...anyone who calls ANY of our Presidents 'a Hitler' is an idiot and is only following the crowd of liberal descent.

Why does it have to be a comparison with one of the most reviled evil pieces of filth to ever grace this world?
Bush is a little more like some of the Caesar's.
Dictatorial, warlike, and single minded.
What do you know about the rest of the world and how do you know what they think?
Some other world leaders like him, some don't. It isn't a universal generalization.

because we consider Hitler the ultimate evil- we cannot think that there was anything good about him. We say that if somebody is kind in one area, he cannot be a monster.
Hitler love animals and was a vegetarian. There is a nice picture of him feeding a baby deer. he love animals as was very kind to them.
But to many people he was pure evil.... It doens't seem to fit. We ignore anything that doens't support what we think. We don't accually look at what Hitler thought or what his policies were (they are very similar to Bush's) but we jsut use Hitler as a base attack.

It's an insult to Adolf Hitler to be compared to Bush. Adolf came from poverty to become chancellor of Germany. Bush was born privileged, and had an easy road.

He's not like Hitler. Bush hasn't built camps made specifically for killing people or have people like Dr. Mangala or whatever his name was to do hideous experiments on children. Hitler did that.
Some people are just stupid to think they are any way in the world a like. It's crazy.

Seems a good portion of the world does think he is a lot like Hitler. I don't agree.. whatever else Hitler was.. he was smart.. Bush is missing that component...

The name of Hitler is thrown around by the Ignorant. Hitler had all his political opponents Murdered. His police killed off any police not under his control. He murdered millions of his own citizens. how can you even compare him?
