For baseball, it depends on how you look at it, Barry Zito makes 500 grand for each game he pitches in ( 1 out of every 4), which is the most relative to per game, but annually, others make more in baseball. I havn't a clue in the others.

I think it's the stadium janitors that make the most...cuz they have to clean up the STD infested fluids (sweat) of all the athletes. In other words, it's a high risk occupation.
