The boat was left on some property that we purchased and other than the elements taking there tole on the interior, the hull looks good and the 85 H.P. engine runs good. I can't find anything on any ski boats made by duracraft though. Any information about them would be great, even if it is just your opinion of the boat or what I should do with it. It is an older boat. I'm not sure how old, but the engine is a 1969 Johnson Outboard.

Duracraft built and still builds good solid boats. The Hull or ID # on all boats is located on the aft section. If standing, facing back (aft) of boat the # will be to your right somewhere above the water line. If it is not there it has been removed for some reason, i.e., reported or had been stolen at one time, an owner reported to insurance as stolen or sunk, who knows why, etc.

If you do locate the last two digits on any boat indicates the year.

Bentley pontoons has bought Duracraft. they are in South Carolina. if they kept the records maybe they can tell you. a man named Sam Richardson in Monroe., La. used to own it, so if Bentley doesn't have it maybe he does. i would suspect it's a '69 though. the boat is not collectible. just another boat, but a quality boat just the same.
